Cancel any time. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Business Profile at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which it will not renew.
Refunds. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed. If you believe you were charged in error or experience a billing issue, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances.
